Continuing Education Courses

What is Required?

Brokers and Salespersons need to complete 12 hours of continuing education before the 2010 renewal deadline: For brokers the renewal deadline is March 31, 2010; For salespersons the renewal deadline is May 31, 2010.

Of the 12 hours of continuing education required, six (6) hours are elective courses and Cooke Real Estate School has number of wonderful approved courses to satisfy the elective requirement.

Procedure upon course completion:

When you finish the course please do the following:

E-mail the school at Info@CookeSchool.com and let us know you completed the course
Complete the following form and fax the following form into school. AFFIDAVIT
The school will notify the state digitally and will mail a completion certificate to the student. (Please allow 10 days to receive the certificate.

Instructor contact

After you have enrolled, if you have questions relating to the course material, a licensed real estate instructor will be available for questions Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. EST and 5:00 P.M. EST.

We encourage students to e-mail the instructor with questions regarding the On-Line course at instructors@cookeschool.com. With an e-mail to the instructor, the student will have a written document of the response.

For questions by e-mail, there is a 24 Hour response time Monday through Friday, E-mails over Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday will be returned the first business day.

Sufficient memory to run your system software and browser
Windows 2000, XP, Me, NT, 98, 95
Supported Browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x, 6.x.
AOL, Earthlink & Compuserve dial-up users should minimize their connection window and launch Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Start button in order to use the standard, supported Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.
